焦虑症患者的心率变异性研究

目的:观察焦虑症患者的心率变异性的变化。方法:选60例焦虑症患者作为焦虑症组和65例健康人作为对照组,安静状态下进行心率变异性频谱分析。结果:焦虑症患者的心率变异性总功率低于正常对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),HF指标焦虑症组低于正常对照组(P<0.05),LF/HF焦虑症组高于正常对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:焦虑症患者植物神经功能紊乱,主要是迷走神经功能降低,交感神经功能亢进。

Objective： To observe the change of Heart rate variability in Anxiety. Meth- ods ：60 cases of anxiety patients were served as anxiety group, and 65 healthy adults as control group. Spectrum analysis of Heart rate variability was carried out under resting state. Results ： Compared with normal control group, the power of anxiety group was obvi- ously decreased, there was significant differ- ence, and haplotype frequency was obvious lower than normal control group. Conclu- sions： Autonomic nerve functional disorder of Anxiety patient was mainly caused by de- grade of vagus nerve function and hyper- function trisplanchnie nerve.
