肩锁关节钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位临床观察

目的:探讨肩锁骨沟关节钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位临床效果及安全性。方法:收治肩锁关节脱位患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中肩锁关节张力带组36例,采用肩锁关节张力带克氏针内固定治疗;肩锁骨沟关节钢板组36例,采用肩锁骨沟关节钢板内固定治疗。比较两组肩关节功能恢复优良率以及并发症发生情况等,评价临床治疗效果。结果:肩锁骨沟关节钢板组术后肩关节功能恢复优良率均明显优于肩锁关节张力带组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);肩锁骨沟关节钢板组术后并发症发生率明显低于肩锁关节张力带组,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:肩锁骨沟关节钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位临床效果满意,能够显著促进术后肩部功能恢复,降低并发症发生。

Objective：To investigate the ther- apeutic effects and security of clavicular hook plate treatment on acromioclavieu}ar joint dislocation. Methods： 72 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were chose in the period from May 2009 to July 20ll in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including acromioclavicular joint tension band group （36 patients ） with tension band treatment and clavicular hook plate group （ 36 patients ） with clavicular hook plate treatrnent;the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of both groups were cornpared. Results：The excellent and good rate of clavicular hook plate group were signifi- cantly better than tension band group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complication of cla- vicular hook plate group were also signifi- cantly better than tension band group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clavicular hook plate treatment on acromioclavicular joint dislocation obtain excellent effect, can effectively improve the shoulder function, and have few complication.
