腹腔镜手术在妇产科疾病手术治疗中的临床应用

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在妇产科疾病手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:采取腹腔镜手术治疗患者133例,并分析之。结果:腹腔镜手术在妇科疾病中运用较广泛,而且可以通过多种手术方式联合治疗复杂病变情况。手术的难度不同,平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数也存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜手术以其简单、方便、出血少、恢复快、微创,集诊断、定位、治疗于一体的优点,在妇科手术中广泛可以运用,而且效果显著,可作为治疗妇产科疾病手术中首选的手术方法。

Objective：To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the surgical treat- ment of obstetric and gynecological disea- ses. Methods：133 cases of laparoscopic sur- gery in obstetric and gynecological diseases patients in April 2008 to May 2010 May were selected and analyzed. Results ：The use of laparoscopic surgery in gynecological dis- eases were more extensive, and could jointly through a variety of surgical treatment of complex lesions. The difficulty of surgery, the mean operative time, blood loss, postop- erative hospital days there are also signifi- cant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Discussion Laparoscopic surgery with its simple, con- venient, less bleeding, faster recovery, mini- mally invasive, the diagnosis, location, treat- ment in one of the advantages, can be ap- plied extensively in gynecologic surgery, and the effect is significant, can be used as the preferred surgical approach in the treatment of obstetric and gynecological diseases sur- gery.
