摘要
目的:对保妇康凝胶用于治疗放射性阴道炎的临床疗效进行探讨。方法:对86例放射性阴道炎患者随机分A、B两组,分别予以保妇康凝胶局部用药加0.05%碘伏溶液冲洗阴道和单用0.05%碘伏溶液冲洗阴道,进行疗效比较。结果:保妇康凝胶局部用药加0.05%碘伏溶液冲洗阴道联合应用治疗放射性阴道炎疗效显著高于单用0.05%碘伏溶液冲洗阴道的疗效,且复发率低,二者差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:保妇康凝胶局部用药加0.05%碘伏溶液冲洗阴道联合应用治疗放射性阴道炎效果比较好,不易复发。
Objective： purpose of baofukang gel used to explore the clinical effect of treatment of vaginitis. Method： for 86 pa- tients with radiation - induced vaginal ran- domly divided into a, b group, separately with baofukang gel topical and washing the vagina 0.05% iodophors solution and wash- ing the vagina 0.05% iodophors solution a- lone. Results：Fukang gel topical and the re- suits 0.05% iodophors solution radioactive effect of vaginitis treated by combined appli- cation of washing the vagina significantly higher than 0.05% iodophors solution effect of washing the vagina alone, and low recur- rence rate, which has significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： baofukang gel topical and washing the vagina 0.05% io- dophors solution effect of combined treat- ment of vaginitis is better, not easy to re- lapse.
