Power Plate振动训练配合功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨power plate振动训练配合功能训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿双下肢肌张力及关节活动度的影响。方法:选122例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组62例,采用power plate振动训练配合功能训练、按摩、痉挛肌理疗的常规方法进行治疗;对照组60例,进行常规的康复治疗;连续治疗10天。分别于治疗前、治疗后对患儿双下肢肌张力进行评级,并测量患儿的内收肌角、腘窝角、足背屈角,以评定其双下肢肌张力和关节活动度的改善情况。结果:两组患儿治疗前评定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。连续治疗10天后,试验组和对照组评定均有改善,与治疗前均差异有显著性(P<0.05);但试验组患儿双下肢肌张力、内收肌角、腘窝角、足背屈角各项评定都优于对照组,经统计学处理,具差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:power plate振动训练配合功能训练等治疗痉挛型脑瘫,可明显降低其双下肢肌张力、增加关节活动度。
