摘要
用原位多相聚合法合成了聚氨酯脲 /环氧树脂互穿网络聚合产物 (IPN) ,测定了产物的力学性能和热性能 ,探讨了IPN中聚氨酯脲含量对环氧树脂增韧过程的影响。结果表明 ,对于BDMA固化体系加入 1 2 .0份的聚氨酯脲 ,在不降低其热稳定性的同时 ,可使环氧树脂冲击强度提高 35 %左右 ,拉伸强度提高 1 2 %~ 1 5 % ,对于DDS或DDM固化体系 ,加入 1 2 .0份的聚氨酯脲可使环氧树脂冲击强度提高 92 %左右 ,拉伸强度提高 2 0 %~ 2 4%。
Poly(urethaneureas)/epoxyresin interpenetration polymer network has been synthesised by insitu multiplephase polymerization.Mechanical and thermal properties have been measured and the influence of the content of poly(urethaneureas)has been studied.The results show that the addition of 12 phr poly(urethaneureas)into epoxyresin has improved the impact strength by 35 %,and the tensile strength by 12~15 % for the BDMA curing system,and for DSC on DDM curing system,92 % of the impact strength and 20 %~24 % of the tensile strength has improrved without reducing the thermal stability.
