基于相衬CT的肝纤维化血管三维可视化研究 被引量:2

3D visualization of vessels in hepatic fibrosis sample based on X-ray phase-contrast imaging CT

摘要 利用相衬CT分别获得了轻度和重度肝纤维化样品的血管三维结构,并对它们的血管内壁纹理参数进行了测量和分析,同时对重度肝纤维化样品中的血栓进行了测量和分析。实验结果表明,相衬CT清楚地展现了不同病变程度的肝纤维化血管三维微观结构,精确地显示了血管内壁和血栓的结构,在肝纤维化疾病辅助诊断中具有应用前景。 High-resolution 3D visualization of vessels can help in the hepatic fibrosis diagnosis. X-ray phase-contrast imaging (PCI) is a new emerging imaging technique which provides high contrast and high resolution of biological soft tissues compared with conventional radiography. PCI-CT can produce 3D volumetric images of liver vessels and can be used for investigating micro-structures of vessels. In this paper,3D visualization of vessels in mild and severe liver fibrosis samples is presented by use of PCI-CT respectively, and textures of their inner walls are measured and analyzed. Moreover, the thromboses of chosen vessel segment in severe liver fibrosis sample are obtained and analyzed. The results show that PCI-CT clearly depicts the 3D micro-structures of vessels from different liver fibrosis degrees, and accurately reveals structures of vessel inner wall and thrombus. Thus, PCI-CT holds great promise for hepatic fibrosis diagnosis.
