基于集成化的设计思想,在不改变传动装置实际使用性能的基础上,对被测试件进行了结构改进,对电器元件进行电磁兼容性设计,实现了测试技术与部件结构设计的结合,解决了传动装置部件的不可测问题,实现了传动装置性能参数的动态测试.
According to the integration design thought, we analyse the parameters and the structure of integrated transmission parametre system. Based on the practical function and preformance of the integrated transmission, we resolve the unmesurable problem of integrated transmission by improving the structure of the tested parts to combine with the testing technology and strengthening the electromagnetic compatibility design of the control components. The dynamic parameter test of the practical integrated transmission is achieved.
