年度装备维修质量管理中的问题与解决方法

Quality Managing Problems and Resolving Methods for the Year Equipment Maintenance

装备维修质量管理是一个融合了组织管理与技术管理的复杂过程.在多年的装备维修实践中,在维修质量管理方面,一直没有全面、完善、有效的流程和方法,这给装备维修保障建设带来了一系列问题.通过对当前装备维修质量管理存在的问题进行分析后,提出了以PDCA循环为基础,建立封闭的质量管理流程来加强维修质量管理的方法,并对PDCA循环各阶段工作内容进行了设计和说明.

The maintenance quality management of equipments is a complicated process including organizational management and technical management. During equipment maintenance practice for many years, there is no comprehensive, consummate, effective process and method from maintenance quality management aspect all along. It brings a series of problems to equipment maintenance support construction. In this paper, the problems consisting in current equipment maintenance quality management are analyzed. It is pointed out that the method to enhance maintenance quality management is the establishment of the closed loop quality management process based on PDCA circle. And the tasks of each PDCA phase are designed and explained in brief.
