摘要
针对原有的一个石油管线泄漏实验台,进行了软硬件技术改造,分别进行了2种技术改造:一种是基于传统的非智能化仪表,利用OPC技术实现监控网络化;另一种基于智能仪表,采用FF智能设备和NCS组态软件,基于先进的工业控制网络FF HSE/H1实现。系统算法是以负压波法为基本原理,利用Matlab来实现数值积分,改造后的实验台相对原有实验台,不但精度有了较大的提高,而且能实现数据共享。本设计不但有利于对管道泄漏检测的研究,而且对旧有的实验平台改造利用有借鉴意义。
Two kinds of retrofits are introduced for the old experimental system of oil pipeline leakage. One is using the in OPC technolo
gy based on the traditional nonintelligent instruments; the other is using FF HSE/H1 based on telligent instruments and NCS configuration software. Negative pressure wave method and numerical integra tion based on Matlab software are used for this system. By means of the retrofit, the experimental system would be able to achieve the sharing data and accuracy was improved. Many old testbeds could refer to the design for teach ing and research; the retrofit for the traditional industrial automation devices may also refer to the design.
