摘要
根据东营市海科瑞林化工有限公司延迟焦化装置掺炼马瑞原油的情况,对装置生产进行跟踪,尤其是对装置轻质油收率及运行中遇到的问题进行跟踪分析,阐述了掺炼马瑞原油对延迟焦化装置的影响,得出以下结论:延迟焦化装置掺炼马瑞原油是可行的;基于马瑞原油性质,掺炼比例不宜超过20%。
According to the condition of blending Merey crude oil into delayed coking unit in Haike Ruilin Chemical Co., Ltd., Dongying City, the production unit was investigated, especially the problems in the rim were analyzed, and effect of blending Merey crude oil on delayed coking unit was discussed. The results show that blending Merey crude oil into delayed coking unit is feasible; Based on properties of Merey crude oil, the blending ratio should not exceed 20%
