微晶地板防水蜡的研制与开发

Research and Development of Microcrystal Floor Board Waterproof Wax

以抚顺石化公司的脱油蜡、蜡下油为主要原料,通过加入添加剂改变晶体结构,实现微晶化,开发出微晶地板防水蜡产品。产品配方合理,生产工艺简便易行,易于工业化生产,对提高强化复合地板防水性能,阻止其有害物质释放,提高抚顺石化石蜡产品附加值,开发特种蜡新产品有着重要的意义。

Using deoiling wax and loots oil as raw material, microcrystal floor board waterproof wax was developed by adding additives to change crystal structure. The results show that the production formula is reasonable, the technology is easy to industrialize; it has an important significance to improve floor board waterproof performance and prevent harmful substances from releasing, to increase addition value of wax products and develop special wax.
