摘要
以6-APA(6-氨基青霉烷酸)为起始原料,经重氮化、溴化、成盐、氧化反应制得6,6-二溴青霉烷砜酸,重氮化、溴化反应在水相和有机相中进行,反应温度为-5~-10℃,氧化反应在水相进行,反应温度为5~10℃,总收率为78.8%。反应条件较温和,操作简单,易于工业生产生产。
6,6-Dibromide sulbactam was prepared from 6-aminopenicilanic acid (6-APA) by diazotization, bromination, salification, and oxidation, total yield was 78.8%.The diazotization and bromination were carried out in aqueous phase and organic phase at -5--10 ℃ ,and the oxidation was carried out in aqueous phase at 5-10 ℃. The technology is easy to realize industrial production because of mild reaction conditions and simple operation.
