摘要 实验研究了炉渣对活性黄、直接红和酸性红B 3种模拟染料废水的脱色效果。实验采用恒温震荡吸附的方法,分别考查了溶液pH值、炉渣投加量、反应时间和温度等因素对脱色效果的影响。结果表明:中炉渣投加量达到60 g/L,反应时间达到2 h,脱色效果最佳;3种染料废水的最佳反应pH值分别为4、6和7;温度对脱色效果的影响相对较小,实验在常温下进行即可。 Experimental study on decoloration of reactive yellow, direct red and acid red simulated dye wastewater by slag was carried out. The influence of pH, slag dosage, reaction time and temperature on the decoloration effect was studied. The results show that the best decoloration effect can be given when the slag dosage is 60 g/L, the reaction time is 2 h; optimized pH for the three dye wastewater is 4, 6 and 7, respectively; the temperature has little influence on decoloration effect, so the experiment may be carried out at normal temperature.
