摘要 介绍采用三效浓缩预处理、石灰碱解、SBR生化处理三段法综合治理有机磷化工废水的技术方案,特别推荐SBR降解有机磷化工废水的生物处理技术。针对有机磷化工生产工艺的实际情况,从微生物的富集、驯化、分离筛选开始,通过三段法综合治理,将原废水CODcr浓度平均为20 000 mg/L,有机磷1 000 mg/L,经过分类收集,含盐废水通过三效浓缩提取固形物用作肥料原料,综合废水在常温下,采用石灰碱解,CODcr去除50%左右,有机磷去除40%。进入SBR生化池的废水CODcr1 500 mg/L左右。当停留时间为24 h,出水CODcr平均为91 mg/L,有机磷0.35 mg/L,各项指标达到国家一级排放标准。 The comprehensive treatment of organic phosphorus chemical wastewater by three-stage method including three-effect concentration pretreatment, lime alkaline hydrolysis and SBR biochemical treatment was introduced, especially SBR degradation biological treatment technology of organophosphorus chemical wastewater. Aiming at the practice of organic phosphorus chemical production process, starting from the enrichment of microorganisms, acclimatization and screening, the three-stage method was used to treat original wastewater (CODcr 20 000 mg/L, organic phosphorus 1 000 mg/L) , after classified collection, solids in salinity wastewater were extracted as fertilizer raw material, then alkaline hydrolysis of the wastewater with lime was carried out at room temperature. The removal rate of CODcr reached about 50%, the removal rate of organic phosphorus reached about 40%. CODcr of the wastewater that will enter the SBR biochemical pool was 1 500 mg / L. When the residence time was 24 h, the effluent CODer was 91 mg/L, organic phosphorus was 0.35 mg/L, and all indicators met the national emission standard.
