山东省青岛市市南区基本公共卫生服务重点人群健康知识知晓率和满意度调查

Survey on health knowledge and basic public health service satisfaction among focus groups in Shinan District of Qingdao,Shandong Province

目的了解山东省青岛市市南区基本公共卫生服务重点人群健康知识知晓情况和满意度。方法从3家社区卫生服务中心采用分层随机抽样抽取493名调查对象进行问卷调查。结果重点人群的平均健康知识知晓率为69.66%(95%CI:68.09-71.22);各项基本公共卫生服务的平均满意度为93.50%,其中老年人管理服务和重性精神病管理服务满意度偏低,分别为81.11%和85.25%,其余6项基本公共卫生服务满意度较高,均超过90%。结论青岛市市南区国家基本公共卫生服务取得了较好的成效,但仍需加强健康教育工作以及对老年人和重性精神病患者的管理服务。

Objective To investigate health knowledge and basic public health service satisfaction among focus groups in Shinan District of Qingdao City.Methods Stratified random sampling was used to sample subjects from 3 Community Health Service Centers.A total of 493 respondents were enrolled in a questionnaire survey.Results Average health knowledge awareness of focus groups was 69.66%（95%CI：68.09-71.22）.The average satisfaction on basic public health services was 93.50%,and the satisfaction on elderly management services（81.11%）and psychosis management services（85.25%）were lower than other six types of basic public health services（90%）.Conclusion Implementation of state basic public health services produced remarkable effect in Shinan District of Qingdao City.Health education still need to be strengthened as well as management services among elderly and patients with severe mental illness.
