Study on the Management System of Automobile Safety Parts Suppliers

围绕"十二五"期间我国对汽车工业发展的总体思路和目标,研究国内汽车整车厂和供应商的二方审核的问题,构建了汽车安全件供应商管理体系。包括汽车零部件供应商的质量体系、生产过程、实物产品三大系统的审核和汽车安全件供应商二方审核管理方案,实现对供应商的管理现状的全面评价。该体系方法可为汽车整车厂提供成熟的选择评价供应商的模式,也可作为认证机构二方审核和增值服务的作业指导。

Focusing on the general thinking and targeting of national automobile industrial development during the Twelfth Five- Year-Plan period, the Management System For Automobile Safety Parts Suppliers was established by research into the problems about domestic automobile assembly plants and second-party audit to the suppliers, which includes audit to the three major systems ,i.e. quality management system of automobile Safety Parts Suppliers, production process, physical products, and Programs Of Second- Party Audit To The Safety Parts Suppliers ,so as to fulfill the comprchcnsive evaluation pattern of management status for the suppliers＇. It can be used as a mature mode for the auto assembly plants to choose and evaluate their suppliers, and as well serves as the instruction to the second-party audit and in value-added services for the certification authorities and inspection on the exported automobiles
