摘要
通过对目前循环流化床锅炉机组所用冷渣器的性能分析,提出了一种新型高效率的冷渣器。新型冷渣器由于采用了3个高效换热器,因此具有效率高、出力大、不耗电、不易磨损以及体积小的特点。由于新型冷渣器的出水温度较高,因此在电厂热力系统中可以部分替代低加、高加甚至是作为省煤器使用,分析表明,新型冷渣器的效率最大可以超过50%。
Through analysis performance of the ash cooli in CFB boiler, a new ACQ is proposed in the paper. Be ng equipment(ACQ) cause of using three currently using high-efficiency heat exchanger, the ACQ has characteristics of high-exergy-efficiency, high-capacity, no power cons was and ergy umption, not higher, so th high press -efficiency ure easy to wear, and small size~ As the cold-water temperature of the ACQ e ACQ could be used in power plant thermal system as low pressure heater heater or coal economizer partially. Calculations showed that the max. ex- of the ACQ could be exceed 50 %.
