摘要
介绍了在德国Hitachi Datteln 1 100MW锅炉项目中,针对新材料T24钢所进行的焊接工艺试验研究。试验结果表明,T24钢并非如其开发商所言可以无条件免除焊后热处理,而是需要在特定的焊接工艺支撑下才可以免除焊后热处理。
The purpose of this paper is to carry out the test and research of welding process for new materials T24 steel combined with Germany Hitachi Datteln 1 100 MW boiler pro- ject. Through the test and analysis, this paper also explain that T24 steal cannot avoid PWHT unconditionally as the T24 developer clarified, hut need to relieve PWHT under sup- port of specific welding process.
