摘要
为了建立和利用电站锅炉生命期致裂因素集,改善锅炉生命质量,搜集了大量出自不同电站锅炉的裂纹实例并对其成因进行了分类分析,发现了这些锅炉的致裂因素、致裂机制和它们与锅炉生命期阶段的关联性。对192例电站锅炉裂纹致裂因素统计分析发现,51%的锅炉裂纹与制造阶段相关,47%与安装使用有关。
In order to improve the life quality of power boiler,it is necessary to found and utilize the set of fracturing factor in the life period of power boiler. For this reason, a lot of examples of cracks from different power boilers are collected and classified, and the fracturing factors of the power boilers, fracturing mechanism, and the relevance between them and the stages in the life period of boilers is discovered. By means of counting and analyzing the fraturing factors on 192 power boilers, it is discovered that 51% of cracks is related with manufacturing stage of power boiler, 47% with installation and use stage.
