血液净化治疗急性鱼胆中毒致多器官功能衰竭7例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 我国民间有生食鱼胆治疗眼疾、支气管炎、高血压等病的习俗，但近年来陆续有服用鱼胆中毒导致肾脏、心脏、肝脏等多器官功能障碍的报道。永康市第一人民医院在2011年收治了12例因食用鱼胆导致肝、肾功能损害的患者，其中7例表现为肝、肾、心等器官严重损害，经血清净化等治疗后好转，现报道如下。
