摘要
针对自动变速器生产过程特点,充分应用现代光、机、电和计算机信息技术,研制了一种专门用于AMT变速器加载/卸载试验的一体化智能测试装置,实现了AMT变速器自动静态自学习、动态自学习、自动按给定程序完成标准规定的项目测试。开发了具有转速、转矩及功率可控的全闭环反馈控制系统。该装置具有操作简单、测试速度快、控制精度高等特点,已经得到广泛应用。
According to the characteristics of the production process for the automatic transmission, making full use of modern optical, mechanical, electrical and computer information technologies, the equipment was developed specifically for AMT transmission of a load/unload test, to achieve the AMT transmission automatic static self-learning, dynamic self- learning,the program was given automatically to test the standard requirements of the project;It was a closed-loop feedback control system with speed,torque and power-controlled. The equipment has the characteristics of simple operation, fast test, high accuracy controlling, and has been extensively applied.
