LZ2704是集团公司研发的高端大马力轮式拖拉机,车架焊合件是LZ2704机型的关键部件。通过对该车架结构的详细分析研究和工艺论证,制定了合理的压弯成形、机加工、组立焊接工艺方案,完成了该车架的试制生产。
LZ2704 is a high power wheeled tractor developed and manufactured by group corporation, and the frame welding is its key component. The process plan about bend forming, machining and welding on site is established through analysis research and technology testify on frame structure, and then the pilot production of the frame is finished.
