Pharmaceutical care is the developmental trend of hospital pharmacy. This article introduced the application situation of pharmaceutical care performed in different hospital departments in foreign countries and the function of pharmaceutical information in pharmaceutical care. The issues existing in the development of pharmaceutical care were analyzed and the enlightenment of foreign pharmaceutical care to our country was also discussed.
