摘要 以高校男子散打运动员专项技术训练有效负荷区间控制为研究内容。针对有效负荷控制原理进行全面分析的基础上,构建了散打专项技术训练有效负荷区间的模式;运用生理生化的指标进行监控。研究表明:随着运动员训练水平在一定时期内的提高,专项训练负荷区间强度范围逐渐缩小;认为散打专项技术训练有效负荷区间(85%~95%)强度控制模式体系,采用心率、血乳酸、血红蛋白指标监控训练的强度和调整训练负荷,在采用间歇训练时练习的百分负荷强度应控制在85%~95%,个体运动心率应控制在175~190次/min。能有效地提高散打运动员专项成绩,为散打专项技术实施科学化训练提供了理论与实践依据。 This paper is mainly about the specific technical training of men SanDa athletes in colleges and universities under the payload range control . Based on the comprehensive analysis on payload control principles, the model of Sanda specific technical training under the payload range is buih; and monitoring with the physiological and biochemical indicators. Study shows that with the increase of the training level of players in a period of time, the intensity range of special training load will be gradually reduced. Sanda payload range of specialized technical training (85% -95% ) is intensity control mode system, using heart rate, blood lactate and hemoglobin target as training intensity monitoring to adjust the training load. The percentage of load intensity of intermittent training exercises should be controlled between 85% - 95%, and individual exercise heart rate should be controlled at 175 -190 times / min. Therefore, Sanda athletes can effectively improve the special achievements . This paper provides the theoretical and practical basis for the scientific training of the specific technical training of men SanDa athletes in colleges and universities.
