摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法分析菊花水提取液的化学成分。方法采用水为溶剂加热回流提取法提取菊花药材,提取液采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法对其主要的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果通过高效液相色谱可将20个主要的化学成分较好的分离,其中13个通过串联质谱进行了结构鉴定,8个通过对照品得到了确证。结论高效液相色谱串联质谱法快速、准确,可用于菊花药材的化学成分鉴定。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents from the water extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method. Methods The Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. was extracted by reflux extraction using water as solvent, and the extract was separated and identified by HPLC-MS/MS. Results 20 major constituents were well separated, 13 of them were identified by tandem mass spectrometer, and 8 of them were confirmed by compared with the reference substances. Conclusion The HPLC-MS/MS method is rapid and accurate, and available for the rapid identification of the chemical constituents from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
