摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定参桂胶囊中桂皮醛的含量。方法采用Inerstil ODS-3 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为290 nm;柱温40℃;进样体积10μl。结果桂皮醛在0.017 8~0.355 8μg范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD值为2.4%(n=6)。结论该方法便捷,灵敏,重现性好,专属性强,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quantitative method of cinnamaldehyde in Shengui capsule by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods This assay was performed on Inerstil ODS-3 C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm)column. The mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (32:68 ) in isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. And the detection wavelength was 290 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃. The injection volume of 10μl. Results cinnamicaldehyde had good linearity within the range of 0. 017 8 - 0. 355 8 μg. And their mean recovery rates were 100.2% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is convenient, sensitive, reproducible, specific, and can be used for the quality control of the product.
