本文立足国防科学技术大学心理服务工作的体系建设,首先客观分析了现有体系的不足与弊端,然后在此基础上构建了三级金字塔式的心理服务工作体系。随后,文章详细论述了三层体系的工作范围、任职人员等关键技术问题,对各层级的具体建设进行了细致探讨。
