In order to satisfy the request of the army and air force transition, to cultivate and improve the comprehensive ability of aircraft ＆ engine engineering speciality, the paper discusses the reform on the following issues： teaching contents, teaching methods and means. For the teaching effects are promoted, the cadets＇ interest in learning is simulated and the ability to find problems, analyze and solve them is improved.
