摘要
首先介绍了我国民营快递企业的发展现状及存在的问题,继而引入精益式发展的理念,结合民营快速企业的业务特点,提出了我国民营快递企业精益式发展的具体措施。
In this paper we first introduced the current status of the development of the private express enterprises in China and the existing problems a.s well as the concept of lean development and then in connection with the business characteristics of the private express enterprises, proposed the specific measures to promote their lead development.
