摘要 首先概述了餐饮行业冷链物流运作的基本目标和质量要求,接着分析了第三方物流对于餐饮业冷链物流外包业务运作的作用机制,指出了第三方物流专业化的冷链物流可以满足餐饮行业冷链物流对于食品原材料质量的严格要求、能够灵活地满足市场需要、有效地降低餐饮行业的终端产品价格以及有利于整合餐饮业资源实现规模化经营等,最后提出了餐饮行业冷链物流外包业务运作和管理的建议和对策。 In this paper we first introduced the basic objective and quality requirement in the cold-chain logistics operation of the catering business, analyzed the mechanism of the influence of third party logistics on its outsourcing, pointed out that professional 3PL cold-chain logis- tics could satisfy the stringent demand of material quality of the catering industry, could flexibly meet the requirement of the market and could effectively reduce the price of the terminal products, and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures for the operation and management of outsourcing of cold-chain logistics businesses in the catering industry.
