摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法选择120例胃癌标本(胃癌组)、68例正常胃黏膜组织(对照组),采用SP法检测两组HIF-1α的表达,并分析HIF-1α的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组HIF-1α阳性表达率为70.83%,对照组不表达,两组比较P<0.01。胃癌组中不同肿瘤分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移间HIF-1α阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 HIF-1α可作为评估胃癌发展、转移及预后的参考指标。 Objective To evaluate the expression of HIF-lα in gastric cancer, and explore its correlation to clinical features of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of HIF-1 α in 120 specimens of gastric cancer and 68 no gastric cancer as control were detected by SP immunohis to chemistry. The correlations of HIF-1α to clinico pathologic features were ana lyzed. Results Of the 120 specimens, 85 cases (70.83 % ) were HIF-1α positive,while there were no expression rate in control group. The positive rate of HIF-1α was significantly lower in stage Ⅰ+ Ⅱ patients than that in stage Ⅲ+ Ⅳpatients (52.08 % vs 83.33 %, P 〈 0. O1 ), significantly lower in T1 + T2 patients than in T3 + T4 patients (51.28 % vs 80.25 %, P 〈0.01 ) ,significantly lower in moderate or high differentiation patients than in poor differentiation patients (44.74% vs 82.93%, P 〈 0.01 ) ,significantly lower in negative of lymphnode metastasis patients than in positive patients (57.41% vs 81.82%, P 〈 0.01) ,and significantly lower in the patients without distant metastasis than in the patients with distant me- tastasis (58.57% vs 88.00%, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions HIF-1 α can be used as the assessment of gastric cancer devel- opment, metastasis and proghosis.
