二甲双胍、吡格列酮对初诊糖代谢异常伴腹型肥胖患者血脂及尿酸的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨二甲双胍、吡格列酮对初诊糖代谢异常伴腹型肥胖患者血脂及尿酸的影响。方法选择初诊糖代谢异常伴腹型肥胖患者36例,随机分为二甲双胍组20例(1 500 mg/d)、吡格列酮组16例(30 mg/d)。治疗3个月后,观察两组治疗前后血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血脂和血尿酸等指标变化。结果二甲双胍组治疗后LDL-C较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);吡格列酮组治疗后TG、血尿酸水平较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论在治疗剂量下,二甲双胍主要降低LDL-C水平,吡格列酮主要降低TG、血尿酸水平。
