高负荷剂量的国产氯吡格雷在急性心肌梗死急诊冠脉介入治疗中的效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨高负荷剂量的国产氯吡格雷在急性心肌梗死急诊冠脉介入(PCI)治疗中的效果。方法选择行急诊PCI的急性心肌梗死患者79例,随机分为国产氯吡格雷组39例、进口氯吡格雷组40例,均在PCI术前口服高负荷剂量600 mg/次、术后75 mg/d。分别观察两组PCI基本特征,30 d、9个月的主要临床心血管事件及出血事件的发生情况。结果两组支架置入部位、置入支架个数、置入支架的平均直径及平均住院天数等比较均无统计学意义。两组30 d、9个月主要心血管事件及出血事件比较亦无统计学意义。结论高负荷剂量的国产氯吡格雷与进口氯吡格雷效果相当,亦未见明显不良反应,可以替代使用。
