阿尔茨海默病与脑内胰岛素信号转导通路的关系 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种严重的慢性神经退行性疾病,主要神经病理变化为老年斑、神经原纤维缠结(NFT)、脑萎缩和选择性神经元丢失。近年研究发现,脑组织胰岛素缺乏和胰岛素抵抗与AD的发病密切相关,因此AD也被认为是“3型糖尿病”。葡萄糖是中枢神经系统能量的主要来源,胰岛素是中枢葡萄糖代谢和能量代谢的主要调节物质。
