摘要
目的:探讨64排螺旋CT对新生儿复杂性先天性心脏病(CHD)的诊断价值。材料与方法:210例新生儿复杂性先天性心脏病分别采用64排螺旋cT回顾性心电门控对比增强心脏成像扫描和普通对比增强心脏成像扫描方案,分为研究组和对照组,评价诊断结果。所有病例均由手术证实。结果:研究组复杂性先心病诊断准确率和冠状动脉异常准确率分别是97.4%(111/114),100%(6/6),对照组分别是94.8%(91/96),50%(2/4),两组对复杂性先天性心脏病诊断准确率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对冠状动脉异常准确率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT回顾性心电门控成像可以提高新生儿复杂性CHD图像质量,提高新生儿复杂性CHD诊断准确率。
Objective: To explore clinical application of neonate with complexeongenital heart disease (CHD) on 64 - detector CT. Materials and methods: Cardiac angiography with 64 - detector CT with retrospective electrocardiographic gated technique ( research group, n = 114 ) and common cardiac CT angiagraphy ( control group, n = 96)were performed in 210 neonates with complicated CHD, and diagnosis were evaluated. Operation were performed for all patients. Results: Diagnosis accurate rates of neonate with complex CHD were respectively 97.9 (94/96) ,94.8 % ( 91 / 96)in research group and control group, no statistical difference was found in two groups( P 〉 0.05 ). Diagnosis accurate rates of coronary artery origin in two groups were respectively 100% ( 6/6 ) and 50% (2/4) , significant difference was found in two groups( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Retrospective electrocardiographic gated images can improve reconstruction image quality of the cardiac fields in neonate with complex CHD. Neonate with complex CHD can be accurately diagnosed ,it has important value in clinical application.
