摘要
目的:通过不同术前宣教模式与患者沟通交流。减轻病人对手术恐惧、焦虑、紧张等心里,给予正性情感支持,消除或减轻患者的异常心里活动,确保患者有积极、稳定的心态接受手术。方法:选择手术患者140例,分为集中术前宣教模式组(试验组)和个体化术前宣教模式组(对照组),每组70例,了解两组患者焦虑发生和对手术护理工作的满意度情况。结果:通过术前集中术前宣教,既节约了人力资源,又减轻患者的焦虑情绪,还提高了患者护士工作的满意度。结论:开展集中式术前宣教,增加了护患、患者之间的互动与沟通交流,患者之间互相鼓励与安慰,增强患者战胜疾病的信心,提高了护理工作质量。利于病人顺利度过手术麻醉期。
Objective:Purpose: By patients with different patterns of preoperative education and communication to reduce the patients for surgery, such as fear, anxiety, tension, and of giving emotional support, eliminate or alleviate the patient's abnormal heart activity, ensuring that patients have a positive and stable operation. Method: 140 eases of select operation, preoperative propaganda into focus mode group (Group) and individualized education before operation mode group (the control group), each set of 70 eases, understanding anxiety occurs in two groups of patients and satisfaction with surgical care. The result : by preoperative concentrated education before operation, not only saving the human resources, and reduce patient anxiety, improves patiem nurses job satisfaction. Conclusion: carrying out centralized education bofore operation, increased interaction and communication between the nurse and patient, patient, patient encouragement and comfort each other, enhancing patients the confidence to overcome the disease, improve the quality of nursing care, which navigated surgery of patients during anesthesia.
