APACHEⅡ、SAPSⅡ和APACHEⅣ评分系统在心血管疾病严重程度评估中的应用

APACHE II , SAPS II and APACHE IV scoring system in cardiovascular disease severity assessment application

目的：探讨心血管疾病APACHEⅡ、SAPSⅡ分级和APACHEⅣ对病情的评估有无差异。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月—2011年10月宜兴市第一人民医院重症监护室收治的200名资料完整的心血管疾病患者。记录资料包括入院24h的APACHEⅡ、24h的APACHEⅣ评分和SAPSⅡ评分。用卡方检验方法分析3种评分方法之间的差异性。结果：APACHEⅡ、APAcHEⅣ评分和SAPSⅡ评分系统对心血管疾病的严重程度评估相互之间存在差异。结论：结合3种临床评分系统，对心血管疾病进行准确的评估，及时把握病情严重程度，有效的指导临床治疗。

Objective： To study cardiovascular disease APACHEII, SAPS Hand APACHE IV grade to the condition assessment of no difference. Conclusion ： the combination of 3 clinical scoring system, for cardiovascular disease are accurate assessment, timely grasp the severity of the disease, effectively guide the clinical treatment.
