浦东新区建筑节能工作现状和发展对策

The energy saving of architectures in Pudong development status and countermeasures

回顾近年来浦东新区在建筑节能方面的做法和经验,通过健全工作机制,制定完善的政策法规,开展技术创新,为建筑节能发展提供保障;在政策激励、政府监管、示范推广上为建筑节能发展提供动力;在可再生能源应用、绿色建筑、能源审计上为建筑节能发展开拓新路。对近年来在建筑节能推行过程中遇到的各种问题进行探讨,并提出相应的对策。

This paper reviews the working experience of energy saving of architecture in Pudong in recent years,including building working institution and related policy and regulation,promoting technological innovations,and making security for development of energy saving of architecture.Pudong government can provide dynamics on development of energy saving of architecture from policy encouragement,government monitoring,demonstration and spread,and we can exploit a new way on development of energy saving of architecture from reusable energy application,energy audit,green architecture.The paper also discusses the various problems encountered in the process of implementation of energy saving of architecture in recent years and the corresponding countermeasures.
