摘要 交流伺服系统作为现代工业生产设备的重要驱动源之一,是工业自动化不可缺少的基础技术。作为工业控制装置的重要功能部件,伺服驱动装置的特性一直是影响其性能的重要指标。本文阐述了伺服驱动系统的基本概念、分类及其特性;步进电机和交流伺服电机的使用性能;以及伺服驱动产品在工业生产中的应用状况;同时指出了伺服控制系统逐渐成为工业设备的重要驱动源及伺服驱动系统的发展方向。 AC servo system of modern industrial production equipment as an important driver of industrial automation is an indispensable basic technology. The industrial control devices as an important feature, the characteristic of servo drives has been the impact on an important indicator of its performance. In this paper, the servo drive system, the basic concepts, clas- sification and characteristics; stepper motor and the use of AC servo motor performance ; as well as the servo drive products in the industrial production of the application; also pointed out that the servo control system has gradually become an important industrial equipment driver and servo drive systems development.
