摘要
长期以来,高校教学评价权主要掌握在"行政人"手中,行政力量掌控着高校教学评价的全过程。"行政人"控制着高校教学评价标准、评价方式以及对评价结果的认定及使用,致使高校教学评价存在着"学术人"和"行政人"之间的冲突。为了消弭冲突、化解矛盾,我们应组建教学评价专业共同体,建立沟通协商机制,实施多样化的教学评价,加强"学术人"与"行政人"之间的合作,从而回归高校教学评价的本真内涵。
For a long time, the administrative personnel possess the power to evaluate teaching in higher education institutions as they control the process, standard and method of teaching evaluation, and the approval and application of the evaluation results, which brings about the conflicts between academic and administrative personnel in higher education institutions. In order to resolve the conflicts and solve this problem, this paper proposes that we should construct professional teaching evaluation community, establish communicating and consulting mechanism, and adopt various kinds of teaching evaluation methods. Only in this way, the cooperation between academic and administrative personnel could be strengthened, the conflict could be resolved, and the ultimate goal of teaching evaluation could be achieved.
