摘要
作为某种"集体无意识",教学政策往往简单化,其表现是多方面、多层次的。用专业能力代替教学能力,是教学政策简单化的一种典型体现;将"轻教学"的原因归结为"重科研",是归因方式的简单化;"树典型"式教学政策的频频推出,是简单化的一贯做法。在官场意志与市场逻辑之间寻求一定程度的自主空间,才能为超越教学政策的简单化探寻"元制度"创新的方向。
As a kind of collective unconsciousness, the tendency towards simplification in undergraduate teaching and learning policies is represented by replacing teaching ability with degrees, ascribing the weakening of teaching to too much emphasis on research, and model cultivating. It is indispensable to explore a neutral zone between the officialdom and market logic, in order to avoid the simplification of teaching policies by metainstitution innovation.
