摘要
近年来,社会对大学生培养质量的认可度与国家对高等教育支持力度的差距在不断拉大。因此,对大学生自主参与的研究成为了辨析大学环境与学生学习收获关系的良好途径。通过对K大学的调查建立起的结构方程模型,一方面显示了在参与过程中,学生可以经过接受外部动机的控制、学习过程中对参与的认可以及整合学校所提供的环境要素达到自身素质能力提高的目标;另一方面,学校可以获得学生参与层次不断递进后所产生的"杠杆"效应,可以更加清晰有效地对自身环境建设投入进行系统性的控制和决策,可以通过与学生参与的互动最终形成螺旋式上升的良性循环系统。
In our country, the sustentacular potency dimention of higher education is growing at express speed. But the approval degree of undergraduates" quality of educating is not satisfied with our society. The engagement of self--determination becomes a bridge between the college environment and the students" gains. On the one hand, in the system of student engagement, undergraduates can achieve the destination of improving his own competence across accepting the control of extrinsic motivation, the approval of engagement in study process, and integrated the resource of college. On the other hand, the college could make an observation and assessment for the engagement degree of undergraduate, and also obtain the effects of lever, which is produced by deepening of student engagement. College can control the input of environment construction systematically, and make decision clearly and effectively across the structure equation model This process will construct a virtuous circle system in upward spiral type.
