麦康凯山梨醇琼脂培养基的验证试验

Verification Test of MacConkey Sorbitol Agar Medium

目的对制订的麦康凯山梨醇琼脂培养基行业标准的可行性进行试验验证。方法取不同厂家生产的培养基,按照说明书配制待检培养基,根据行业标准要求,进行理化测定和微生物试验。结果待验证的麦康凯山梨醇琼脂培养基的pH值和水分等理化性质均在标准规定的范围内,且质控菌株生长情况符合相应要求。结论制订的麦康凯山梨醇琼脂培养基行业标准具有可操作性,可作为推荐性的行业标准。

Objective To verify the feasibility of formulated industry standard for MacConkey Sorbitol Agar medium. Methods MacConkey Sorbitol Agar medium from different factories were prepared according to the manufacturer＇s instructions for physical, chemical and microbiological test base on the formulated medium standard. Results pH value, water and other physicochemical properties of tested medium were all in the specified range. The control strains＇ growth met the requirement. Conclusion The formulated MacConkey Sorbitol Agar medium standard was operable and can be applied as recommended industry standard.
