目的推动临床药师的药学实践工作。方法归纳出临床药师下临床的主要工作内容和方法。结果与结论临床药师应主动深入临床一线,积极参与抗菌药物治疗实践,发挥药学知识专长,注重用药前预测,尽早避免药品不良反应;注重用药针对性,倡导病原学及药敏无结果时慎用抗菌药;积极参与查房和会诊,协助医师制定科学的抗感染治疗方案;把评价处方及病历作为临床药师履行职责、服务临床的重要实践。

Objective To promote the practical work of clinical pharmacists in the pharmacy. Methods The main work content and methods of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice were summarized. Results and Conclusion The clinical pharmacists should participate in the clinical first-line thoroughly, conduct the antimicrobial therapy actively, make the best use of their pharmaceutical knowledge, and pay attention to forecasting the probable effects of drugs to avoid adverse drug reaction as early as possible. Pharmacists must also pay attention to drug selectivity, and use the antibacterial drugs carefully base on etiology and susceptibility results. They should participate in ward rounds and consultation actively, and help physicians make scientific and reasonable anti-infection treatment plans. Moreover, they should evaluate the prescription and the medical record to better perform their duty and provide good clinical service.
