摘要
目的提高医院门诊药房工作质量,使其具有更好的社会满意度。方法分析总结我院的工作实践。结果与结论实施各项改革措施后,工作质量明显提高。
Objective To improve the quality of outpatient pharmacy in hospitals, so as to achieve better social satisfaction. Methods The practice in our hospital was summarized and analyzed. Results and Conclusion The work quality was greatly improved after the implementation of the reform measures.
