基于组态软件的煤矿排水监控系统研究

Research on the Monitoring System of Drainage based on the Configuration Software in Coal Mines

为解决煤矿井下排水系统远程监测与控制问题,提出采用组态软件解决的方法。分析了Intouch组态技术以及PLC的硬件配置,通过以太网的组态设置完成通信配置,并实现了水位监控组态软件的设计,研究表明该方案提高了系统的可靠性。

The configuration software is proposed for solving the problem of remote monitoring and control of coal mine drainage system.Intouch configuration technology and PLC hardware configuration are analyzed,the communication configuration is fulfilled via ethernet configuration settings,and water level monitoring configuration software is designed,research shows that the scheme improves the reliability of the system.
