超脉冲CO_2点阵激光在矫治上下眼睑松弛中的应用研究

Study on using UltraPulse Fractional CO_2 Laser in the treatment of upper and lower blepharochalasis

目的:探讨超脉冲CO2点阵激光在矫治上下眼睑松弛的应用效果。方法:选择上下眼睑松弛合并眼周皱纹需要行上下眼袋整形术并要求同时改善眼周皱纹者31例。应用超脉冲CO2点阵激光刀代替手术刀切除眼睑松弛的皮肤及软组织,应用CO2激光的点阵模式去除眼周皱纹。结果:应用超脉冲CO2点阵激光行上下眼睑切割去皱能替代传统的手术方式,同时眼睑皱纹得到明显改善,手术恢复时间也明显缩短。结论:超脉冲CO2点阵激光在矫治上下眼睑松弛的治疗效果明显优于传统的手术方式。

Objective Discussion of the UltraPulse Fractional CO2 Laser application in the treatment of upper and lower blepharochalasis. Methods 31 Cases were selected Under the treatment of the UltraPulse Fractional CO2 Laser application for the Upper and Lower Blepharochalasis with Wrinkles around the Lid-Cheek junction. Results Using the UltraPulse Fractional CO2 Laser substituted for the traditional surgical excision, yielding effective skin tightening with shorter recovery times than ever before.It has shown dramatic result and markedly improvement of the lid-cheek junction-the wrinkles. Conclusion The result of UItraPulse Fractional CO2 Laser in the treatment of upper and lower blepharochalasis is superior than the traditional surgical procedure.
