新疆维吾尔族与汉族女性上睑皮肤松弛临床对比性分析

Clinical comparative characteristics analysis of Uygur and Han nationality women loose upper eyelid skin in Xinjiang

目的:通过对比性分析新疆维吾尔族与汉族女性上睑皮肤松弛临床特点,探讨其两者的差异性给临床治疗提供思路和方法。方法:对208例女性上睑皮肤松弛临床资料进行综合性分析。结果:维族女性与汉族女性上睑皮肤松弛有显著区别,两个民族中工作职员共95例所占比例最大,为45.7%,农(牧)民60例占比例第二,为20.8%,手术方式在维族女性和汉族女性中有明显的统计学差异性,说明维族患者更常用去皮较多的宽重睑术,汉族患者更常用去皮较少的窄重睑术。结论:新疆维吾尔族与汉族女性上睑皮肤松弛各有其自身特点。

Objective To provide ideas and methods of clinical treatment about women Iooseupper eyelid skin to explore the differences between the ones by comparing analysis in the Xinjiang Uygur and Han nationality clinical patients characteristics National minority areas. Methods Comprehensive analysing collected 208 women patients with loose upper eyelid skin to with take a comprehensive analysis ofclinical data. Results Uyghur nationality women and Han nationality women of loose upper eyelid skin significant difference,The two national staff members working is the most proportion of 95 cases （45.7%,followed bv aariculture （livestock farmina） （20.8%）. Suraical methods in the Uygurand Hart nationality women have statistically significant differences, the More common is that more peeled and wide double eyelid surgery in the Uygur nationality women patients, the More common is that less peeled and narrow double eyelid surgery in the Hart nationality women patients. Conclusion Uygur and Han women in Xinjiang nationality areas have certain characteristics of loose upper eyelid skin.
