中西医结合治疗黄褐斑56例疗效观察

The curative effect observation of combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine on Treatment of 56 Patients with Chloasma

目的:观察中医辨证分型结合口服维生素C治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组按中医辨证分型给予方药加减治疗,同时服用维生素C、维生素E,局部涂5%二氧化钛霜;对照组口服维生素C、维生素E,同时局部涂5%二氧化钛霜,观察患者面部皮损的消退情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组有效率为62.5%。治疗组与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:辨证使用中西医结合治疗黄褐斑能取长补短,且治愈率高、作用持久,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation combined with oral vitamin C in the treatment of Chloasma. Methods Patients with Chloasma were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The patients of the treatment group were differentiated by syndrome differentiation and treated by plus or minus TCM （traditional chinese medicine） accordingly; In the meantime,the patients took vitamin E or C and locally coated with 5% Titanium dioxide frost,whereas the patients of the control group only took vitamin E or C and locally coated with 5% Titanium dioxide frost. Clinical treatment effect was evaluated through the lesions of facial skin subsided. Results There was a significant difference effective rate between two group （P〈0.05）.the total effective rate was 91.1%. By contrast,in the control group the effective rate was 62.5%. Conclusion The dialectical use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine are more efficient ,more lasting function and lower recurrence rate than simple western, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
